How are the assessments priced?
All the tests will be offered at a very reasonable flat price of $15.00. We will also be introducing 'Wholesale Pricing' very shortly for our customers interested in buying bulk tests.

How can I purchase the assessments?
Purchasing a test is very simple. Simply browse through our test catalog and select the tests you would like to purchase.

If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with any of the tests taken, we will refund the complete cost of the 'Unused' tests.

How can I be sure of the quality of the assessments?
Our test content has been authored by highly experienced and certified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). More than five rounds of review further enrich the test content from language as well as technical perspective.

How do I deliver tests to Candidates?
Delivering eval2hire tests is quick and easy. By sending an e-mail to the candidate with a URL and a PIN number provided by us, the candidate can complete the Registration process. After registration, the candidate needs to use the PIN to activate the test(s).

What do I do if Internet gets disconnected while attempting a test?
At this time we do not allow candidates to continue the test in the event the test gets interrupted. In such situations the candidate will have to give a new test using a New PIN. Please contact customer support to discuss our 'refund' option for the 'Incomplete' test.

What is the duration of the test?
The maximum duration of our test is 40 minutes. Most of our tests consists of 30 questions (except for few which consists of 40 questions) and 60 secs will be provided to answer each question.

Can a Candidate go to previous questions while attempting a test?
No, the candidate can only move forward in the test.

Can a Candidate go to the next question without attempting the current one?
Yes, the candidate has the option of moving to the next question. In this case the unanswered question will be marked as 'Incorrect'.

Can a Candidate view the result?
No, the candidates cannot view their test results.

We currently support the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1,6.0 and Netscape 6.0.

Why is there no link to the test center anywhere in the website?
All our tests are conducted at our corporate test center website at http://www.nemagine.com. In order to discourage candidates from buying tests on our website we do not have any back links to our website from the corporate test center and vice versa.

How do I interpret the results?
Questions are prepared in such a manner that based on the number of questions answered Eval2hire provides ratings ranging from Below Average - Excellent.
Candidates without any knowledge are rated as Below Average, those who possess intermediate knowledge are rated as 'Average', those who possess intermediate to advanced knowledge are rated as 'Good' and those who possess expert knowledge are rated as Excellent.
