• Developed an Interface that uses COPA (CE***) tables to allocate purged deductions to the products based on Planning Account. The result is sent to SAP G/L for posting at a profit center level. This interface uses a custom z-table that contains deductions net value based on planning account and material number.
• Developed an interface that uploads Deduction declinations flat file from trading division ISW (Integrated Seabel Work bench) and updates into SAP DMC (Deduction management module) using transaction code FB09.
• Developed a conversion program that extracts open items like invoices, credit-memos and deductions of all export customers (payers) and converted to the appropriate bill-to account by using transaction FB01.
• Developed an interface that uploads trade bill back events inbound file to SAP rebate agreements using transaction code VBO2. The rebate agreement is settled using the payment screen and a payment of $0 is posted. This will close the rebate agreement and reverse any outstanding accruals.
• Developed an IDOC extension using basic IDOC type ORDERS03 that provides additional sales order information. This IDOC is interfaced to Knowledge management warehouse.
